Dinner On Board

Here I am in my galley, getting ready to put some fresh farmers market veggies to roast in the oven...


I made a nice big salad with spinach, greens and feta tossed with roasted green beans, shallots and tomatoes from the farmers market. Add a little balsamic olive oil dressing and we were in heaven! Delicious!


(Notice I changed clothes?  It got cool as those veggies roasted and the sun went down.)!
